Gabriel Sandoval has spent his entire legal career championing the rights of plaintiffs, carving a path as a relentless advocate for justice.

Since earning his California law license in 2010, Mr. Sandoval has built a wealth of experience across diverse areas of civil litigation.

He began his legal journey clerking for prestigious law firms in San Diego, gaining hands-on experience in cases ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to construction defects and class actions. While studying at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he deepened his commitment to helping others by interning with domestic violence clinics, where he supported victims in securing life-changing restraining orders.

After graduating, Mr. Sandoval served as an associate attorney at a firm specializing in construction defect litigation, where he represented hundreds of homeowners in complex disputes against corporate homebuilders. His knack for tackling intricate legal challenges grew further when he joined a firm focusing on immigration, workers' compensation, and wage litigation.

Over the years, Mr. Sandoval has represented countless clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), handling a wide range of cases, including Naturalization, Adjustment of Status (AOS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U-Visas, and more. In immigration court, he has fought to secure life-changing outcomes for his clients, defending against deportation and achieving residency through programs like Cancellation of Removal (42A and 42B), Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and the Convention Against Torture.

He has also represented injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), proving himself a versatile and passionate attorney.
